All information you provide must be truthful and accurate. You may not impersonate any artist, band, or person without their explicit written authorization. Creating a fraudulent band profile may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
3. Image & Media Content Policy
You may only upload images you own or hold an explicit license for. Images must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or right of publicity. GigstaJam uses AI-assisted review to screen all uploaded images. Users remain solely responsible for all content they attempt to upload.
4. Fan Protections & Platform Disclaimer
Frankenterprise does not independently verify the identity or authenticity of any artist or band account. Fans engage with band content entirely at their own risk. Any user who creates a fraudulent profile accepts full personal legal liability for harm caused to fans who rely on that information.
5. Limitation of Liability
GigstaJam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frankenterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frankenterprise from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or unauthorized use of any intellectual property.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent information, or activity harmful to the platform or its users.
8. Governing Law
